Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. Board of Directors signed the following resolutions related with senior management appointment in their meeting dated 26.01.2018:

- Mr. Mustafa Bakırcı, who is Assistant General Manager of Tank and Armored Tactical Wheeled Vehicles, shall retire from the company effective from January 31, 2018. Meanwhile, Mr. Mustafa Bakırcı will be acting as General Manager Consultant regarding Military Vehicle Projects.

- Ms. Uğur Sedef Vehbi, who has been acting as Military Vehicles Export Director, is assigned as Assistant General Manager of Military Vehicles International Marketing and Sales effective from February 1,2018.
