Related disclosure that Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş has publised on 24.01.2018,the strike decision that Turkish Metal Union has taken and the lock-out decision that Turkish Employers Association of Metal Industries (MESS) has taken in order to implement on 01.03.2018, both decisions have seem disruptive to the national security according to 2018/11225 numbered Council of Ministers decision which publised on 26.01.2018 in the Official Newspaper. According to Unions and Collective Labor Agreement Law, strike and lock-out decisions have postponed 60 days from the Council of Ministers decision publish date. Negotiations are still in progress to sign the Collective Labor Agreement and significant events in the process will be announced to the public under the relevant regulations.
