NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Rio de Janeiro, 15 January 2020 - Wilson Sons Limited (B3: WSON33) ("Wilson Sons" or "Company"), in compliance with Article 21-L, paragraph 2 of the Brazilian Securities Commission ("CVM") Rule no. 481, of 17 December 2009, informs that, as disclosed in its corporate events calendar, the scheduled date for the next Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is 15 April 2020.

The Company will appropriately release the detailed guidelines about the AGM.
