In an effort to lead the development and adoption of open employee recognition and reward data exchange standards for the human resources community, O.C. Tanner has joined the HR Open Standards Consortium.

As a non-profit coalition, the HR Open Standards Consortium aims to simplify and standardize the integration between HR technology software and service providers.

Tanner, one of HR Open Standards Consortium’s most recent Premier members, is stepping into a significant leadership role in the upcoming HR Open Recognition and Rewards standards development project," said Kim Bartkus, Executive Director, HR Open Standards Consortium.
