Notice of Changes in Organizational Structure, Key Personnel of F&A Aqua Holdings and Its Core Subsidiary Companies

F&A Aqua Holdings Co., Ltd., at a meeting of its Board of Directors on January 6, 2012, resolved to make the following changes in its organization structure as well as key personnel and personnel of its core subsidiaries. Brief details are presented as follows.
1. Changes in the Organization Structure of F&A Aqua Holdings
(1) Introduction of an Officer in Charge System
The F&A Aqua Holdings Group has decided to introduce a cross-sectional officer in charge system in an effort to better support each operating company and to build a Group synergy structure.
