Notice Regarding Appointment of Corporate Auditor

January 25, 2012 - The Board of Directors of Tosei Corporation ("the Company") at a meeting held today resolved to submit a proposal for shareholders' approval at the 62th ordinary general meeting scheduled for February
24, 2012, concerning the appointment of its corporate auditor. Details are as follows.
The proposal has already been approved by the Board of Auditors.
1. Reason for appointment
The corporate auditor Seiichiro Isoda will resign from his position upon the closing of the ordinary general meeting scheduled for February 24, 2012. Accordingly, the Company will appoint the following candidate as its new corporate auditor.
