Want your child to attend college but don't know where to start?
Mark your calendar for Jan. 23.
Assemblyman Kevin McCarty and Sacramento Councilman Eric Guerra will host 'Pathways to College,' a coffee and panel discussion on how best to prepare your child for higher education, no matter when you start that process.
The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, at the Charles A. Jones Career and Education Center, 5451 Lemon Hill Ave., Sacramento.
