The National Oil Corporation meetings with its partners continue. With this respect, another meeting was held on Thursday 14 January 2016 with Sipex (Sonatrach International Production and Exploration Corporation). Messrs. Mustafa Sanalla, NOC Chairman of the Board of Directors, Abulgasem Shengheer, Member of the Board of Directors and the General Manager of Exploration and Production Department, and a number of NOC mangers attended the meeting. Mr. Djamel Ouldali, Sipex Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Company's Manager of Exploration and Production in addition to some specialists from the Company attended the meeting.
The meeting discussed ways of cooperation between the two Parties, the current circumstances affecting the Oil Sector and how to overcome such circumstances.
These meetings come within NOC persistence to communicate with its partners and as an attempt to mitigate the impacts of the current circumstances through which Libya and the international oil sector go, under the prices slump and the Companies' inability to return to resume their activities.
