On 18 November 2016 the Utility Regulator issued public consultations on the proposed grant of electricity generation licences to Rasharkin Solar PV Limited and EEB7 Limited.
We did not receive any formal responses to the proposal to grant either licence.
In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the generation of electricity in Northern Ireland was granted to Rasharkin Solar PV Limited and EEB7 Limited.
