30th January 2015 Dear Shareholder, Netalogue Technologies plc - Q3 Update Since my half-year statement we have continued to invest in the Netalogue B2B Ecommerce Platform and associated technologies; this is continuing to grow our footprint in key ERP marketplaces including SAP. We are seeing sales growth in both the direct and partner channels with particular interest from the supply chain and logistics sector where there is demand for private cloud B2B solutions to manage enterprise procurement. While client budgets remain tightly managed and contested the Netalogue B2B Ecommerce Platform particularly demonstrates the ability to reduce risk and time to market.
