Balder's subsidiary SATO Corporation will change valuation method

The Board of Directors of SATO Corporation has today taken the decision to begin
using a yield based valuation method to determine the value of the company's
investment properties that earlier was valued by the sales comparison method. As
a result of the change, the company's property values are expected to increase
by EUR 450-500 million. SATO will switch to the yield based valuation method in
its financial statements as of 31 December 2019.
