MiTú (www.mituinc.com), the leading multi-channel network exclusively dedicated to Latino content, announced today that it has closed a content licensing agreement with AOL across all of its digital platforms, including The Huffington Post, AOL On and its Hispanic content network, Voces. The agreement will allow MiTú to syndicate its original and partner produced content to AOL in both English and Spanish.

"This deal allows us to provide AOL, one of the world's strongest and most recognizable digital platforms for news, entertainment and sports, compelling video content geared towards the Latino community. We believe that this relationship helps to better serve todays' exploding Hispanic audiences who have demonstrated a passionate appetite for MiTu's English and Spanish language, culturally relevant video content," stated CEO and MiTú partner, Roy Burstin.

"At AOL On, our mission is to provide our audiences with the most current and meaningful video content available. Our partnership with MiTú is part of a larger effort to expand our content offerings for multicultural audiences. We see this partnership as an excellent way to supplement our video catalogue with high-quality content across a range of topics for our growing Hispanic audience," said Frank Besteiro, Vice President & Head of Business Development & Partnerships for AOL Video.

AOL is a leader in online video, with its video ads reaching more than half of all Americans online (comScore Video Metrix - Ads only), and is one of the top three U.S. online video properties as ranked by comScore, with content videos reaching 76.2 million unique viewers in December (comScore Video Metrix - Content only).

MiTú Network is leading the way in providing digital content to the fastest growing powerhouse market: U.S. Hispanics. Led by Latino TV industry veterans Doug Greiff, Beatriz Acevedo, and Roy Burstin, MiTú Network launched in the spring of 2012 and is the largest and fastest growing Latino focused multi-channel network. In just over 18 months, it has grown to more than 45 million global unique viewers consuming over 200 million monthly video views and driving nearly 10M hours of engagement per month (YouTube Analytics, November 2013).
