Masmovil Ibercom : Sale of mobile sites.

COMMUNICATION OF A RELEVANT FACT

In accordance with article 17 of the Regulations (UE) number 596/2014 on market abuse and article 228 of the Securities Market Act passed by Legislative Royal Decree 4/2015 of October 23 and concordance rules, we inform the market about the following Relevant Fact referred to MASMOVIL IBERCOM, S.A. ("MASMOVIL" or the "Company" o the "Group").

This Relevant Fact complements the previous one numbered 259986 mentioning that the sale has not implied a relevant capital gain

MASMOVIL agrees the sale of 551 mobile sites to CELLNEX

MASMOVIL has reached an agreement with Cellnex by which MASMOVIL sales passive infrastructure in 551 mobile telecom sites for an approximate amount of 36M€ (without a material capital gain), which at the same time allows for a slight reduction in Opex from the internal management of the sold sites.

This agreement is part of the Company's ongoing mobile network efficiency and rationalization process and asset rotation policy, aimed to invest the funds obtained in FTTH development, which will further strengthen the Company's profitability.

It also further consolidates the relationship that both companies already started in 2013 in the area of passive mobile infrastructure externalization and sharing.

In this context, MASMOVIL will be co-located in these locations, being Cellnex an industrial partner for future collaboration agreements regarding network deployment.
