By Further to the Company's announcement made on 2 June 2011, the Board of Directors of MEXTER wishes to update that MexComm had on 3 January 2012 filed a Winding Up Petition at the Kuala Lumpur High Court against the Respondent arising from the Respondent's failure to settle its judgment debt pursuant to the High Court Order dated 2 June 2011. The sealed copy of the Petition was extracted by MexComm's solicitors on 6 January 2012. The Petition is fixed for hearing on 5 March 2012.
