Robert Paul Properties, a leading independent real estate brokerage with 10 offices between Cambridge, Boston and Cape Cod announced earlier today that they are continuing the strategic expansion of their residential firm with the addition of several new associates.

With their formation of The Hanneman + Gonzales Team, Boston agents Nick Hanneman and Chris Gonzales have joined Robert Paul Properties following their departure from a rival firm. The partners have been representing Boston area buyers and sellers for more than 7 years with a focus on luxury sales and leasing. Robert Paul Properties Co-CEO Paul Grover commented on the new associates, “We couldn’t be happier to welcome Nick and Chris to the Robert Paul family. Their commitment to providing clients with the best possible service and results is consistent with the rest of our 70 agents, firm-wide. We’re excited to support the growth of the Hanneman + Gonzales Team in Boston”.

Adriana Crosby has also joined the Newbury Street office, effective immediately. Crosby has been an accomplished real estate agent in the Metro-west and Concord markets where she lives with her husband and two children. Prior to her career in real estate, Crosby worked in banking in Osterville, where she and her family maintain a second home. A deciding factor in Crosby’s move to Robert Paul was their reputation in the high-end suburban, urban and vacation home markets. In 2014, the firm’s residential sales exceeded $530 Million, including the two most expensive single-family home sales in the state of Massachusetts, according to MLSPIN.

Robert Paul Properties was founded on Cape Cod in 2009 by long time business partners and top rated brokers Robert Kinlin and Paul Grover. As a private brokerage, clients benefit from hyper-local market expertise and international marketing through their affiliates Luxury Portfolio and Mayfair International. www.robertpaul.com
