(Ticker "LLEG") (the "Company") announced today that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") to register its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"). This Registration Statement on Form 10 includes the Company's audited 2009 and 2010 financial statements together with the report by the Company's independent registered public accounting firm, and the Company's unaudited interim financial statements as of, and for the nine months ended, September 30, 2011. The Registration Statement on Form 10 is also available to the public from commercial document retrieval services and the web site maintained by the SEC at http://www.sec.gov.

After the Registration Statement on Form 10 becomes effective, the Company will be subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, and will file annual, quarterly and current reports, proxy statements and other information with the SEC as required by the Exchange Act.
