DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Inno-Tech Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, 12 February 2019 at Unit 1015, Level 10, Tower 1, Grand Century Place, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mong Kok, Kowloon, for the purpose of, inter alia, considering and approving the unaudited consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 31 December 2018 and its publication, considering the declaration of any dividend, if any, and transacting any other business.
