The board of directors (the "Board") of Inno-Tech Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 10 February 2017 at Suite B, 6/F., One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, for the purpose of, inter alia, considering and approving the unaudited consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 31 December 2016 and its publication, considering the declaration of any dividend, if any, and transacting any other business.
