Infraredx, Inc., a cardiovascular imaging company advancing the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, announced that today it launched a road show for its initial public offering (“IPO”). Infraredx is offering 4.0 million shares of its common stock, and underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy an additional 600,000 shares. The IPO price is currently expected to be between $13.00 and $15.00 per share, and the shares are expected to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol, “REDX.”
