India's November industrial output contracts 1.9% y/y

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's industrial output contracted 1.9% in November from a year ago, government data showed on Tuesday.

Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast industrial output to fall 0.4% from the previous year.
