WHAT:

IRI’s Larry Levin and Sally Lyons Wyatt will present two sessions at FMI’s Midwinter Conference. During their sessions, “Top Trends in Fresh: The Consumer’s Perspective,” Levin and Lyons Wyatt will discuss what is and is not resonating with consumers. Building on two years of research, IRI has not only confirmed the relevance of the Top Trends in Fresh, but more important, Levin and Lyons Wyatt will be sharing how these trends have evolved through the voice of consumers and how they differ across generations.

 

During his session, “How to Achieve Breakout Growth in CPG Today,” Krishnakumar (KK) Davey will give attendees an exclusive first look at the winners of The Boston Consulting Group and IRI’s annual analysis of more than 400 CPG companies to find out which ones achieved stand-out growth in 2017. Participants will have the opportunity to draw practical inspiration directly from a panel of winners about how to reimagine their businesses and consumers to excel in today’s unprecedented retail environment.

 

Robert I. Tomei will give a joint presentation with George Carey, founder and CEO of The Family Room. During this session, “Generation Z: Shopper of Today and Tomorrow,” attendees will learn what really matters to this burgeoning segment of our population and how they just might fuel new growth opportunities.
