By 2 January 2013: HealthLinx Limited (ASX:HTX) announces the resignation of Mr. John Evans as a non-executive director of HealthLinx Limited effective 31 December 2012. Mr. Evans has resigned due to his increasing work commitments related to other entities outside of HealthLinx.
Mr. Evans joined the board in March 2008 and has made significant contributions to the progress of the Company during his tenure. The Directors acknowledge and thank Mr. Evans for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in his ongoing ventures.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Malcolm Lucas-Smith as a Non Executive Director of the Company effective 1 January 2013. Mal is familiar to the Shareholders and well versed in the activities of the Company having been Company Secretary since 2003, and will also continue in that role.
