The Council ratifies its commitment to the defence of the interests of a strategic sector in Castile and Leon

San Pelayo del Cerrato Monastery, headquarters of the Grupo Siro Foundation, located in Cevico Navero (Palencia), hosted today's meeting of the Governing Council of the Spanish Federation of Food and Drink Industries (Spanish acronym: FIAB). The event was attended by the President of the Regional Government of Castile and Leon, Juan Vicente Herrera, accompanied by the Regional Councillor for Agriculture and Livestock, Milagros Marcos and the Secretary-General for Agriculture and Food of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environmental Affairs, Carlos Cabanas, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Isabel García Tejerina.
