Kingbright introduces an expanded RGB offering in industry standard SMD and through-hole packages. The hyper red source color devices are made with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate light emitting diode, the green source color devices are made with InGaN on sapphire light emitting diode, the blue source color devices are made with InGaN light emitting diode Designed with multiple intensity levels for a variety of signage or backlighting applications, key features of these LEDs include low power consumption and high efficiency performance. They are compatible with all automated SMD assembly and solder process.
