Foundation Source, a company that establishes and provides comprehensive management and advisory services for private foundations, today announced the addition of four new Business Development Associates (BDAs) to the company’s Inside Sales team. All four associates will play a critical role in attracting new clients and growing the business.

“The BDAs partner with our Regional Managing Directors to assess the needs of our client prospects, which include high-net-worth individuals, established foundations, and corporations,” explains Foundation Source Chief Distribution Officer Joseph Fuschillo. “They also support the financial advisors, attorneys, and CPAs who partner with Foundation Source to serve their philanthropic clients. As part of their business development activities, the BDAs will develop webinars and presentations to educate targeted audiences about private foundations and effective philanthropy.”

The recent appointments to the Inside Sales team include:

  • Stephen Frois joined from Prudential Annuities, where he served as a Regional Sales Consultant. Prior to that, he held both Inbound Sales Consultant and Customer Service Representative positions at Prudential. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut and is series 6 and 63 certified.
  • Samuel Uberti came to Foundation Source from Prudential Annuities as well, where he also served as a Regional Sales Consultant and an Inbound Sales Consultant. Previously, he was a Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Vermont and is series 6 and 63 certified.
  • Jessica Donahue previously served as a Financial Advisor at Principal Financial Group, as well as a Director of Loan Sales and Syndications at Barclays. She received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Management from Georgetown University, as well as an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia Business School.
  • Erik Larsen joins Foundation Source from Prudential Annuities where he served as a Regional Sales Consultant. Prior to that, he was a Financial Advisor at MetLife. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College and is Series 6, 63, and 65 certified.
