Footage shows destroyed ice rink after shelling attack

STORY: Regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said a train station, church and industrial area were also damaged after three repeated hits on the centre of town.

Kyrylenko added that one civilian was injured.

The police video showed police officers helping civilians leave their houses and an injured man washing his blood-covered hands. Multiple houses were on fire.
