Fitch Withdraws Lehman Brothers (LB), Series 1991-4

Fitch Ratings withdraws both remaining classes of LB Multifamily Mortgage Trust's, multi-class pass-through certificates, series 1991-4:

--$465,182 class A-1;

--$70 class A-2.

Both classes were rated 'Dsf' for over 12 months. All other classes have either paid in full or had been reduced to zero due to realized losses. Therefore, the classes have been withdrawn.
