(OTCQX: FFNM) today announced that at its January 26, 2016 meeting the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend will be paid on or about February 26, 2016, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 5, 2016.
