Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas : Dallas Fed Announces Executive Promotion at San Antonio Branch

DALLAS-The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has promoted Tara Payne to assistant vice president in the Communications and Outreach Department at its San Antonio Branch.

Previously, Payne served as public affairs officer. Prior to joining the Bank in 2007, she held public relations and corporate communications positions in the energy industry with Tesoro Corporation, Valero Energy and Ultramar-Diamond Shamrock. Payne serves on the board of directors of LiftFund, a microenterprise lender.

Payne holds a bachelor's degree in business from Wayland Baptist University.
