As International CES® 2016 comes to a close, editors at the premier technology and culture publication, Engadget, present this year's official "Best of CES" award winners. From next-generation connected home devices to autonomous robots and drones, Engadget's editors applied their extensive knowledge of the tech industry to scouring the show floor for products showcasing the very best of the best at CES, choosing 16 winners based on level of innovation, quality of design, overall efficiency and market demand. Rounding out the editor's selections is The People's Choice Award, honoring the product that won over the most hearts and minds in the Engadget community.

Along with widespread coverage and exposure across Engadget's networks, winners were awarded a custom-produced trophy on the Engadget stage during the final ceremonies, broadcast live on the Engadget.com homepage, Engadget’s YouTube channel and on the go90 app.

"CES is the biggest tech show on the planet and every year it grows larger," said Michael Gorman, Editor in Chief of Engadget. "Over the last five days we've seen thousands of devices and products, looking for technologies that will change the industry and our lives. We’re thrilled to announce that after careful deliberations, we're ready to award the very Best of CES 2016."
