AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra will travel to Washington D.C. next week to meet with U.S. President Joe Biden, Dutch national broadcaster NOS reported on Thursday.
