Dune Real Estate Partners LP (“Dune”), a leading New York-based real estate investment company, is pleased to announce that Julie Brenton and Eric Calder have been promoted to Partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2016.

Ms. Brenton, who has also been named a voting member of the Investment Committee, joined Dune in 2014 as a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations, and has been responsible for investor relations, business development and communications with current and prospective investors and consultants. Mr. Calder, a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Managing Director, has been an important member of the investment team since joining the firm in 2010.

Prior to joining Dune, Ms. Brenton was a Managing Director at Ranieri Real Estate Partners (“RREP”), where she oversaw the firm’s capital raising and investor services functions. Ms. Brenton joined RREP at the firm’s inception in 2010 and led the successful raise of their first investment fund. Ms. Brenton received her B.A. in Economics from Carleton College and her M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University Business School.

Mr. Calder was previously a member of Goldman Sachs' Real Estate Investment Banking Group, where he focused on underwriting and originating commercial real estate loans. Mr. Calder received an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S. from Cornell University.
