International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Paul Denham has joined the Firm as a Partner in London and will work very closely with both the Corporate and Finance Groups.

Mr. Denham advises clients on a wide range of leveraged finance and general banking matters. He specialises in acting for senior and mezzanine lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on leveraged and acquisition financings. Mr. Denham has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating domestic and cross border finance transactions across a variety of industry groups and in the emerging markets. He also has significant experience acting for clients on venture debt transactions.

Having begun his career at SJ Berwin (now KWM), Mr. Denham joins Dorsey from the Banking and Financing Group of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He was an integral part of the Legal Business “Finance Team of the Year 2012” and advised on the Euroweek “Leveraged Finance Deal of the Year 2012.”
