Don is currently CEO of 5Q Cyber LLC, a cyber security advisory and managed security services firm serving the commercial real estate industry.  Don has over 35 years experience in IT management as CIO and security risk management, most recently as CISO at CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services and facilities operator. Prior to his nearly 20 years at CBRE, Don held IT leadership positions in the property casualty insurance industry. He has overseen M&A IT due diligence and integration work for CBRE, including several billion-dollar deals. Don has also served as an advisor to Realcomm, the largest commercial real estate technology forum. He was co-Chair of the 2012 Realcomm Conference and helped Realcomm launch the CoRETech (Corporate Real Estate) and Cybersecurity forums.  He received Realcomm's prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018 for his 20 years in the Commercial and Corporate Real Estate Industry.

Don holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University, Columbia University and Loyola University Maryland. He also graduated from Carnegie Mellon University's CISO Executive Education and Certification Program.
