Digis : Acquires Boise and Twin Falls Internet Operations from One Wave Networks

One Wave’s Customers Maintain Uninterrupted Internet Service and Benefit from Expanded Capabilities

Digis, an operating division of wireless broadband industry-leader JAB Broadband (JAB), has today acquired the operations of One Wave Networks, an Idaho-based Internet provider. Effective immediately, Digis is providing a seamless Internet transition and expanded services to One Wave’s residential and business customers in the Boise and Twin Falls areas.

“We welcome One Wave customers to the Digis family and assure them they have continued Internet service,” said Sean Hatch, General Manager of Digis/Idaho. “We will also be making improvements to the network and information about our residential / commercial Internet and digital phone service is available by calling toll free [phone] or e-mailing [e-mail].”

In addition to serving former One Wave customers, Digis already provides wireless Internet and digital phone packages throughout Idaho including coverage in and around the Boise, Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Twin Falls, Caldwell, and Blackfoot areas.

With operational hubs in Idaho Falls and Pocatello, Digis employs more than 80 individuals in the state; comprising sales, customer service, engineering and technical support personnel.
