Dickinson Cameron Construction, the leading luxury retail construction company headquartered in Carlsbad, announced the promotion of two key executives to Vice President roles.

Ron Gordines, currently Director of Business Development, will assume the role of Vice President of Business Development. The new position reflects his 30-plus years of construction experience and more than 22 years of service to the company, time in which he served in a variety of roles, including Director of the Hawaii Division at the company’s offices in Honolulu. Gordines will continue to lead the company’s business development efforts with clients in the luxury retail and restaurant segments as well as working with the team to grow the company’s sales and brand.

Maryam Samady, currently Dickinson Cameron Director of Finance, will become the Vice President of Finance. Samady brings a wealth of corporate finance experience as well as an MBA to the position, and also previously served as the company’s Controller. Since joining the team in 2007, she has not only streamlined the accounting systems and processes, but has brought new expertise to the marketing, human resources, business development and customer service roles.
