David Pillinger Named Zipcar Director of Finance for the European Union

LONDON, Jan. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Zipcar, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZIP), the world's leading car sharing network, today announced the appointment of David Pillinger as its new EU director of finance. In this new role, Pillinger will be responsible for the financial management of Zipcar's current and future European operations.

Pillinger will be based in Zipcar's Wimbledon office, working closely with Frerk-Malte Feller, Zipcar's newly appointed president for Zipcar Europe. He brings strong finance and management experience, having held senior management positions both within major branded multinationals and smaller enterprises.
