By Dairy farmers in Wales are being given a unique opportunity to contribute to the future shape of the Welsh dairy industry and are being encouraged to participate in an opinion gathering campaign that kicks off in the next few weeks.
The long term global picture for dairy products is encouraging with the demand from the emerging markets such as India and China increasing the demand for dairy products, and the Welsh dairy industry can be well placed to benefit from this. But it is vital the industry acts now to be in the best place to reap the opportunities as they are presented.
