SUBJECT: Deadlines for submitting periodical reports in
2012
LEGAL BASIS: Art. 56 clause 1 section 2 of the Act on the
offer - current and periodical information.
REPORT CONTENTS: The Management Board of Travelplanet.pl
S.A. (Issuer), based on the Ordinance of the Finance
Minister dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical
information submitted by the issuers of securities
announces the dates of publication in 2012 of the
Company's periodical reports:
1.Quarterly reports:
- for the 1st quarter of 2012 - 15 May 2012
- for the 3rd quarter of 2012 - 14 November 2012
2. Half-yearly report for the first six months of 2012 - 31 August 2012
3. Annual report for 2011 - 20 March 2012
Pursuant to § 101 point 2 of the Ordinance of the Finance
Minister dated 19 February 2009, the Issuer is not obliged
to submit a quarterly report for the II quarter of the
accounting year and pursuant to § 102 point 1 of the
Ordinance of the Finance Minister dated 19 February 2009,
the Issuer in 2012, won't be announcing the quarterly
report publicly for the IV quarter 2011.
