Casino chain MGM Resorts International said it's no longer pursuing a deal to buy British online-gambling company Entain, owner of bookmaker Ladbrokes.

Cruiseline Royal Caribbean Group said it's selling its Azamara luxury cruise line for $201 million in cash to investment firm Sycamore Partners, as shipping lines seek to stabilize their finances after an almost year-long hiatus in voyages leaving from the U.S.
