Colorado BioScience Association (CBSA) today announced its 2016 CSBA Day at the Capitol, which links life science policy priorities to the 2016 legislative agenda. The February 3 event brings life science leaders and legislators together for education and policy discussions on 2016 legislative issues. Life science industry participants represent the state’s more than 600 bioscience companies and workforce that includes 156,000 researchers, medical experts, entrepreneurs and other industry-supporting professionals. Colorado BioScience Association works for the bioscience sector to advocate for shared policy objectives to ensure that Colorado companies are heard by elected officials.

Companies and institutions pioneering new cures with Colorado-developed drugs, medical devices and technology will share their success stories with legislators during the event, to be held on Wednesday, February 3 from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the Old Supreme Court Chambers of the State Capitol Building.
