VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

BUSINESS UPDATE

This is a voluntary announcement made by China Touyun Tech Group Limited (the ''Company''). The board of directors (the ''Board'') of the Company wishes to update the shareholders of the Company on the recent development of 上海透雲物聯網科技有限公司 (''SHTY''*), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the Group's QR code business.

In view of the development of the QR code business of the Group, the growth of the customers, and also the application of ''Touyun Retailers Management System'' by approximately 9,000 retailers and mini stores currently located in 12 cities of The People's Republic of China, SHTY is considering to develop a national ''points redemption'' application platform by applying the blockchain related technology, so as to capture more market share and expand customer base.

The Board considers that the abovementioned business development to expand the Group's QR code related business is in the interest of the Company and the Shareholders. The Company will continue to develop its QR code related business and make further updates as and when appropriate.
