EXTENSION OF FULFILMENT DATE OF CONDITION IN RELATION TO PLACING OF NEW SHARES UNDER GENERAL MANDATE

Reference is made to the announcement (the ''Announcement'') of the Company dated 21 December 2015 in relation to, among others, the placing of up to 700,000,000 new Shares under the General Mandate. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the meanings as defined in the Announcement.

To ensure that the Company and the Placing Agent have sufficient time to complete the Placing, the Board announces that after arm's length negotiations, the Company and the Placing Agent entered into a Supplemental Placing Agreement (the ''Supplemental Agreement'') on 6 January 2016 (after trading hours) to extend the fulfilment date of condition of the Placing from 6 January 2016 (or such later date as may be agreed between the Company and the Placing Agent in writing) to 11 January 2016 (or such later date as may be agreed between the Company and the Placing Agent in writing).

Save as disclosed above, all other terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement shall remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
