DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Ocean Fishing Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 9 February 2018 for the purposes of considering and approving, among other matters, the unaudited third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 31 December 2017 for publication and considering the payment of a dividend, if any.
