The board of directors (the "Board") of China Ocean Fishing Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Wednesday, 8 February 2017 for the purposes of, among other matters, considering and approving the unaudited third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 31 December 2016 for publication and considering the payment of a dividend, if any.
