ANNOUNCEMENT

PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by CRCC High-Tech Equipment Corporation Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rules 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") wishes to inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that based on the preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the year ended 31 December 2017 (the "Financial Period") and information currently available to the Board, it is expected that the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent of the Company will record a decline of approximately 85%-91% as compared to the year ended 31 December 2016, primarily due to a decline of approximately 48%-54% of the revenue of the Group for the Financial Period as compared to the year ended 31 December 2016 and the fixed cost.

The Company is in the process of finalizing the final results of the Group for the Financial Period. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the Board of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Financial Period and the unaudited information currently available to the Company. Details of the Group's results for the Financial Period will be disclosed as and when the audited final results of the Group for the Financial Period is announced.
