Life Science company Bayer will host a full day workshop during The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF)’s 22nd Anniversary Scholarship Program at its facility in New Jersey on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. The workshop will be led by Raymond (Ray) F. Kerins Jr., Bayer’s senior vice president, head of Corporate Affairs.

In his role, Kerins manages all communications, government relations, and philanthropy for the company. Previously, he was the vice president of external affairs and worldwide communications for pharmaceutical corporation Pfizer, where he oversaw internal and external communications for the company globally. Kerins is part of the host committee for TLF’s 22nd Anniversary Scholarship Program in 2020, which he was also part of during the 20th anniversary in 2018.

The event will include panel discussions and Q&A sessions with Bayer employees, talks led by Kerins, and a networking lunch. The workshop will round out TLF’s four-day scholarship program in which 50 ethnic minority students will receive $150,000 in scholarships and participate in career development and professional workshops with other marketing and advertising agencies in New York.
