The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) has presented its year-2022 projects for the BIS Innovation Hubs. The Central Bank of Iceland operates the BIS Nordic Innovation Hub in Stockholm, together with other Nordic central banks.

Other BIS innovation Hubs are operated in Hong Kong, Switzerland, London, and Singapore.

Among priorities for 2022 will be Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), cecentralised finance, green finance, projects regarding financial regulations, supervision, and cybersecurity.
