AssociaOnCall, a 24/7 solution to community association maintenance needs, proudly announces the addition of Rob Hastings as northeast regional director of field services.

"Rob is a highly respected leader in the industry, and we are pleased to have him in charge of our Northeast Region," said Tosh Tricas, vice president of field services for AssociaOnCall. "Having him on our team will help ensure that we continue to provide unsurpassed maintenance services to our communities in the region."

As the northeast regional director of field services, Hastings will assist branches with their maintenance operations and offer best practices in accordance with AssociaOnCall standards. He previously served as vice president of operations at MAMCO Property Management - An Associa Company.

Hastings has been in the industry for more than twenty years. In addition to running both Pennsylvania & New Jersey branch operations for maintenance at MAMCO, he assisted the CEO with daily operations, provided project management oversight and managed a portfolio of communities. His oversight of large-scale exterior service contracts and his knowledge of construction continue to be a high priority need for communities. While serving as MAMCO vice president, he expanded the maintenance division and placed support personnel that served managers and clients with facility management needs.

Hastings has also been active for the past 10 years in the Pennsylvania Delaware Valley Chapter of Community Associations Institute. He is currently serving as a board member for the chapter. He also served on the NJRC as a member and chair and has spoken at several industry educational programs.

He holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) & Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations from CAI.
