10314/29.12.2011 of the deputy Minister of Development,
Competitiveness & Shipping in the Athens Prefecture - East
Sector, which was registered in the limited Companies' local
Registry and in the Commerce and Tourism Section of the
Ministry's Northern Athens Sector Regional Unit on the
29th of December 2011, the merger through
absorption of the 100% subsidiary RODAX S.A. by the Company
was approved.
